Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website remember certain information between pages or visits, such as your cookie preference. This policy explains which cookies the Momentum Consult website uses and how you can control them.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

By default, the website uses only strictly necessary cookies. They make the basic functions of the website work, are not used for advertising and do not track you across other websites.

CookiePurposeDuration

This cookie does not require consent, because it is essential for the website to work and to provide the service you request. The website does not use a cookie for language: the language is determined only by the page address.

3. Statistics cookies

The website may use statistics cookies, activated only with your consent. Their role is to show us, in anonymous or aggregated form, how the website is used, for example which pages are visited most often.

No statistics service is active at the moment. If we enable one, we will update this policy with the provider's name, the cookies it uses and how long they last. Without your consent, statistics cookies are not set.

4. Giving and changing your choice

On your first visit, the website shows a banner where you can accept or reject statistics cookies. Your choice is stored in the mc_consent cookie for 12 months, after which you will be asked again.

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, which reopens the consent banner. You can also delete the mc_consent cookie in your browser. After you delete it, the banner will appear again on your next visit. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Deleting cookies in your browser

Modern browsers let you view, delete or block cookies:

  • Google Chrome: Settings, the Privacy and security section, then delete browsing data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings, the Privacy & Security section, then Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Settings, the Privacy tab, then manage website data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings, the Privacy section, then clear browsing data.

Exact menu names may vary depending on your browser version and device. If you block all cookies, some website functions, such as remembering your cookie preference, will stop working.

6. Third-party cookies

By default, the website does not set third-party cookies, such as those from advertising networks or social media. External websites that our links lead to have their own cookie policies.

7. How this relates to data protection

Information about how we process personal data, including your rights, is available in our Privacy Policy. The rules for using the website are set out in our Terms of Use.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update. For questions, write to office@momentumconsult.md or use our contact page.
